If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.5. Cancellation
For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled.
For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
Cancellation of the booking more than 7 days before checkin date will result in a charge of 50% of the booking value.
Cancellation of the booking within 7 days of checkin date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.6. Content
Content found on or through this Service are the property of Chosen Hosting Partners or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.7. Prohibited Uses
You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:
0.1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
